All Bookingcloud.au clients are eligable for our Affiliate program. You can get your unique referral link by click on your account (Top right) and selecting Affiliate Program.
These affiliate terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Bookingcloud.au and its affiliates (“Affiliates”). By participating in the Bookingcloud.au Affiliate Program (“Program”), Affiliates agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
- Affiliate Enrollment
Enrollment into the Affiliate Program is automatic for all customers who sign up with Bookingcloud.au. Affiliates simply need to copy their unique affiliate link to promote Bookingcloud.au and earn commissions on qualifying purchases made by referred customers.
- Affiliate Responsibilities
As an Affiliate, you agree to:
a. Promote Bookingcloud.au through approved methods and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
b. Clearly disclose your relationship with Bookingcloud.au in all promotional materials.
c. Use the unique Affiliate link provided by Bookingcloud.au in all promotions, links, and referrals to Bookingcloud.au.
d. Not make any false or misleading representations about Bookingcloud.au or its products and services.
e. Not engage in any activities that may harm the Bookingcloud.au brand or reputation.
f. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those related to data protection and privacy.
g. Provide Bookingcloud.au with accurate and up-to-date information as requested.
- Commissions
Bookingcloud.au will pay Affiliates a one time commission per referred customer on qualifying subscriptions made by referred customers using the unique Affiliate link. Commissions are calculated based on the net revenue generated by referred customers who have subscribed to a qualifying service, and are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Bookingcloud.au.
The commission rates are as follows:
a. 5% commission on monthly subscriptions made by referred customers who have subscribed to a qualifying product after 30 days.
b. 10% commission on annual subscriptions made by referred customers who have subscribed to a qualifying product after 30 days.
- Payment
Bookingcloud.au will credit commissions to an Affiliates account after 30 days from the referred customer subscribing. Payment will be made in the form of a credit to the Affiliate’s Bookingcloud.au account, which can be used to pay for future subscriptions or services.
- Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination, all rights and obligations under this Agreement will immediately cease.
- Limitation of Liability
Bookingcloud.au will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Bookingcloud.au’s total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the commissions paid or payable to the Affiliate under this Agreement.
- Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
- Amendments
Bookingcloud.au may amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on its website. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement to ensure compliance with its terms.
By participating in the Bookingcloud.au Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
